1. The calculators are estimates, not advice
All calculators, figures, and content on this Site are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are estimates based on simplified models and standard formulas. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always verify important figures with a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
2. Accuracy
We work hard to make our calculators accurate, but we do not guarantee that results are complete, current, or error-free. Real-world costs vary by market and household, and our simplified models do not capture every fee or circumstance. You use the results at your own risk.
